   Karachi (Newshub Update Latest News 06 January 2023) The second Test match between Pakistan and New Zealand was drawn. New Zealand's dream of winning the series could not be fulfilled, and Pakistan was given a target of 319 runs to win. The former captain of the Pakistan cricket team wicketkeeper Sarfraz Ahmed scored a century in the second innings of the second test match against New Zealand.

   On the fifth and last day of the second Test match at the National Stadium Karachi, Sarfaraz Ahmed scored the second century of his Test career in the second innings. Sarfaraz Ahmed hit six and 13 fours in his century off 135 balls.

   Wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmed scored 78 runs in the first innings of the Test. It should be remembered that he had scored half-centuries in both innings in the first Test match as well. Cricketer Sarfaraz Ahmed was included in the playing XI of the first Test match after almost four years, he is playing the home ground series for the first time in the history of his Test career.

   He scored 86 runs in the first innings and 53 runs in the second innings. This is the 51st test match of cricketer Sarfaraz Ahmed, he has made 21 fifties and 3 centuries, his highest score is 112 runs, he has scored 2874 runs in 89 innings and he is not out 13 times.

   In wicketkeeping, Sarfaraz Ahmed has 21 stamp outs and 150 catches. The first Pakistani player to get out today was Imamul Haq who was bowled by Ash Sudi while trying to play short, he played an inning of 12 runs. Pakistan's fourth wicket fell on 77 runs when Babar Azam was caught off Bracewell for 27 runs while Shaun Masood was also caught trying to hit long, he played an inning of 35 runs.
