The rally was led by Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel, and participants carried Palestinian flags and banners calling for an end to the bombing of Gaza and an investigation into war crimes against Israel.
When the rally reached the US Embassy, the participants shouted slogans against America and Israel.
Addressing the rally, the leaders of Cuba strongly criticized Israel and the United States and demanded the international community stop the bombing of Gaza on a permanent basis.
The Cuban Ministry of Interior claims that 100,000 people, most of whom were young students, participated in the Gaza rally.
