Dubai's gas plant joins Guinness World Records

   Dubai (News Hub) There is something in Dubai that remains the center of attention around the
world. There is a gas facility in Dubai that has put its name in the Guinness Records. Has been
named the largest energy plant in the world. Dubai's Jabal Ali Complex has been named the world's largest single natural gas power plant. The Jabal Ali complex has the capacity to generate 9,547 megawatts of electricity.

   The United Arab Emirates's name often appears in the Guinness Book of Records, and first appeared in 1955.


   Chief executive of the Dubai Jabal Ali, says his company has developed plans for a regular power system designed to meet demand by 2030. The company has more than 1 million customers. The Jable Ali plant, located south of Dubai, was expanded in 2019 and can now generate 2,885 megawatts of electricity.

   Dubai's name in the Guinness Book of World Records comes at a time when the Dubai Jabal Ali Electric Authority is improving its works.


   The Chief executive said that it has improved the productivity of the authority by 33.41%, which has also helped in financial savings.

   Millions of tons of carbon emissions have been reduced by planting more than 320 million trees. It reduced nitrogen gas by 46,000 tons and sulfur dioxide by 3,000 tons. Both can damage the respiratory
system.
