   Karachi (Newshub Update Latest Cricket News 21 December 2022) The Pakistani cricket team faced a whitewash in the Test series for the first time with the defeat of England in the Karachi Test. In the Test match played at the National Stadium, England defeated Pakistan easily by 7 wickets and created history for the first time defeating the Pakistani team at home ground.

   This is the first time in the 70-year history of Test cricket that a Pakistani team has lost all the matches in a three-Test series at home. 

    The Pakistani team lost by 74 runs in the Rawalpindi Test, 26 runs in the Multan Test, and by 7 wickets in the Karachi Test. It should be noted that after the defeat of England in the Karachi Test, the Pakistani team also made a record of losing 4 matches in a row for the first time in the 70-year history of Test cricket.


   It should be noted that before the three Test matches against England, the Pakistani cricket team had also faced defeat against Australia.
