Abu Dhabi (News Hub update news) The government of the United Arab Emirates has taken
an important decision to improve the process of corona vaccination, under which the coronavirus
vaccine will be developed within the country. According to News Hub, a UAE firm will start commercial production of the corona vaccine in April this year after a deal with Chinese
pharmaceutical company SINOPHARM.

The Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries PSC of RAS Al Khaimah, UAE, has signed an agreement
with Abu Dhabi-based Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing Group 42 to develop vaccines.
Is responsible for clinical trials in the third phase of the coronavirus vaccine. The development of
the SINOPHARM vaccine will benefit the UAE economy. The G42 had earlier signed two
agreements with Sainopharm for the distribution and manufacture of the vaccine.

It is expected to supply the corona vaccine to countries other than the UAE. The G42 group
launched the third phase of clinical trials of the vaccine, developed by the Beijing Institute of
Biological Products, in July last year. It is a unit of SINOPHARM's China National Biotech
Group (CNBG). A coronavirus vaccine manufacturing plant is being built in Abu Dhabi's Khalifa
Industrial Zone. Where 200 million doses of vaccine will be prepared annually.

The corona vaccine will be called the "Hayat Vaccine". Initially, the vaccine will produce
2 a million doses a month. The UAE approved the use of the SINOPHARM vaccine against
certain groups playing a leading role in the against of the coronavirus and has since approved
its use by the public. It says the vaccine is 86 percent effective, while it's Chinese
manufacturer, SINOPHARM, says it is 79.34 percent effective.

Some people in the UAE have also had to be given a third injection of the cyanobacteria
vaccine. They had been given two doses of the vaccine before but did not show signs of antibodies
to protect against the coronavirus.

"Some people have been given a third dose of the vaccine, but their numbers are much
lower than those given the first or second injection," said health spokeswoman Dr. Frida
al-Hosani.
