   KARACHI: (News Hub update sports news) The cricket match between Islamabad United and
Quetta Gladiators has been postponed. According to the news hub, Pakistan Cricket Board has made
a big decision after diagnosing coronavirus in Islamabad United player Fawad Ahmed.

   Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators were scheduled to take to the field yesterday in connection with the 12th cricket match of the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League.


   However, the authorities were shocked when Fawad Ahmed, a foreign player in the Islamabad United squad, tested positive for Corona. After Fawad Ahmed's Corona Test was positive, it was
first announced that yesterday's match would start late, but the Pakistan Cricket Board has formally announced that the match was postponed for today.

   Fawad Ahmed, who is in the squad of Islamabad United, has been stopped at the hotel, and all the players have been tested. Apart from Fawad Ahmed, all the players and staff of both teams have tested negative, but as a precaution, today's scheduled the match at the National Stadium Karachi has been postponed.

   According to the PCB, both the teams will compete at the National Stadium in Karachi. Fans who buy tickets for yesterday's cricket match will be allowed to watch today's match on the same ticket.


   On the other hand, a journalist has claimed that the said player belongs to Australia who used to share the breakfast table, ground, and lobby and was mingling with all the players and because of this whole incident the whole league.
