New Delhi:(News Hub Update latest ICC World Cup News. November 23, 2023) According to Indian media, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi while speaking in a rally said that the good team was winning every match and would have won the final as well, but Panoti came to watch the match.

In the Election Commission, the BJP MLAs filed a complaint that Rahul Gandhi also said that PM did not mean Prime Minister but Panuati Modi.

On which the Election Commission has sent a notice to Rahul Gandhi and has given time till Saturday evening to reply, otherwise action will be taken under the rules and regulations of the Election Code of Conduct.

It may be recalled that the Model Code of Conduct introduced by Prime Minister Modi prohibits political leaders from making unverified allegations against their rivals.

It should be remembered that earlier Rahul Gandhi's membership was suspended for criticizing Modi and the Congress leader was banned from participating in election rallies, but the Supreme Court reinstated him after 4 months.

After the restoration, Rahul Gandhi managed to form an electoral alliance of around three dozen opposition parties called "India" against Modi's party. The Modi government is trying hard to get Congress leader Rahul Gandhi out of politics before the elections.
