Canada(Newshub Update Latest News 25 June 2023)Canadian authorities have launched an investigation into the explosion of the tourist submarine Titan.
According to Newshub, on Thursday, a robotic diving vehicle deployed by a Canadian ship located the wreckage of the submarine Titan, in which 5 people died.
Canada's Transportation Safety Board said it was launching a "safety investigation" into all matters surrounding the submarine Titan because its surface support vessel, the Polar Prince, was a Canadian ship.
A team from the Transportation Safety Board was dispatched to gather information about 400 miles north of the crash site, the agency said.
It should be noted that Stockton Rush, the CEO of Oceangate, a company that oversees the affairs of the submarine Titan, was also killed in this accident. The same company's co-founder Galerino Saholin said in 2009 that Stockton Rush was "highly aware" of the dangers of the deep sea.
