Visitors to the UAE will not be vaccinated | News Hub

Dubai (News Hub update news) There are currently millions of people in the UAE who
have come on visit visas. So far 4 million foreigners and locals have been vaccinated in
the UAE. For the past few days, a message has been circulating on WhatsApp, according
to which the UAE state of RAS Al Khaimah has also started vaccinating visitors and this
facility will be available to visa holders of all states.

The WhatsApp message was something like this:

The Ras Al Khaimah Government Health Center has also started administering
the Covid-19 vaccine to visitor visa holders. Visitors should be vaccinated with their
passports and visa papers without any registration. ”

The WhatsApp message also contained the Ministry of Health's web address, people
believed the message. He had reached Ras Al Khaimah Health Center. Among them were
Manmohan Singh from India and his wife Satinder Kaur. After reading this message, the
elderly couple left for Ras Al Khaimah.

After an hour's journey, when he reached Ras Al Khaimah Health Care Center, he was
stopped by a security guard at the entrance and asked if he had come to the UAE on a visit
visa. Responding to the Indian couple, the security guard said that those coming on a visit
visas were not being vaccinated.

Since this morning, hundreds of visitor visa holders have been coming here in the guise of
a fake WhatsApp message, which is being sent back. No such announcement was made by
the government. The elderly couple, who had traveled a long way to Ras al-Khaimah, was
disappointed to hear this.

The Ministry of Health has also clarified in this message that the Covid-19 vaccination
facility in the UAE is available only to UAE residents and resident visa holders. In this
regard, Manmohan and his wife said that they have extended their three-month visit visa for
another three months due to the dire situation in Corona, India.

That way, they can stay here until August. If the government starts covid vaccinating people
with visitor visas, the risk to the lives of sick and elderly people like us will be reduced.
