   Lampard revealed that the chief referees told Chelsea that the Blues should receive a penalty
for Harry Maguire's challenge of Cesar Azpilicueta within the Premier League's goalless draw
with Manchester United.

   Chelsea asked the Professional Match Officials (PGMOL) to check that the Blues did not receive a penalty for the Maguire challenge and Lampard revealed that the response was that a penalty should have been awarded.

handball warning, conceding a second penalty when the Blues beat Rennes 3-0 in the Champions
League. The Champions League has continued to use the controversial handball rule, which has
since been revised within the Premier League, and Chelsea received a fine that wasn't paid in
domestic action.
