if war breaks out, it will end in Ukraine. The United States has announced that it will send
two ships to the Black Sea. Russia has threatened to wipe out Ukraine in the event of a war.
A spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a briefing that the situation in
Ukraine was heading towards civil war. If the situation does not change, Russia will intervene.
On the other hand, the United States has announced the delivery of two ships to the Black Sea,
while Germany has urged Moscow to resolve the issue peacefully instead of war.
