    Pakistan (News Hub update news) The selection committee of the national team has announced
a 17-member squad for the first Test against South Africa starting from Tuesday. The other three
players, Abdullah Shafiq, Kamran Ghulam, and Salman Ali Agha, will be with the national team
and will take part in a warm-up and training session at the National Stadium.

   Captain Babar Azam will now decide the final eleven after consulting national team
head coach Misbah-ul-Haq.


    Imran Butt, Babar Azam (captain), Fawad Alam, Abid Ali, Saud Shakeel, Fahim Ashraf,
Azhar Ali, Muhammad Nawaz, Muhammad Rizwan (vice-captain), Sarfraz Ahmed (wicket-keeper),
Noman in the announced 17-member squad. Tabish Khan, Yasir Shah, Sajid Khan, Haris Rauf,
Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Hassan Ali.

   By the news hub, the first Test between Pakistan and South Africa will start on January 26
at the National Stadium, Karachi.
